Documentation must include county health department or food bank reports showing percentage changes attributable to the cited work.
Iowa Code Chapter 190A governs food assistance distribution and requires any public messaging or events associated with assistance programs to follow state branding guidelines. Applicants must submit evidence that previous projects complied with these branding rules when installations addressed hunger.
Eligibility is further restricted to individuals who completed at least one project within Iowa boundaries in the preceding five years, verified through dated contracts or exhibition records from Iowa institutions.
